CNA (Acute Floor)

Osborne County Memorial Hospital is adding to its team! The CNA will work alongside the night shift nursing staff to provide patient care. Applicants for this full-time role should have current CNA certification, willingness to work in a team environment, and experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Infection Prevention and Employee Health Nurse

Osborne County Memorial Hospital is hiring a registered nurse to oversee infection prevention and employee health. In the infection prevention role, the nurse will develop and implement infection control protocols, educate healthcare staff on infection prevention practices and monitor and investigate infection outbreaks, as well as other duties related to infection prevention. To support employee health, this role manages OCMH’s employee health records, including immunizations, injury reporting, tracking trends and identifying areas for improvement. This position requires an RN license and nursing experience in a healthcare setting. The infection prevention and employee health nurse will be expected to work daytime hours and may be asked to attend meetings or conferences outside of the “typical” workweek. Cook/Dietary Aide

Osborne County Memorial Hospital is seeking a cook to join our dietary team. This role serves in a front-line position providing excellent patient care through delicious and health meals that meet patients' dietary needs. The successful candidate should have experience cooking in large batches, preparing balanced menus, and demonstrate efficient use of food inventory. Daily tasks include preparing and cooking meals, cleaning kitchen and workstations, delivering food to patients and effective collaboration with multiple departments. Dietary staff are responsible for checking food temperatures, disposing of outdated items, unloading and restocking groceries and maintaining inventory levels. Candidates should be self-directed and willing to work different shifts as needed including weekend shifts once a month. Candidates with experience in healthcare food service or ServSafe certification are preferred but training is available upon hire. OCMH offers competitive pay and a full benefits package. Financial Counselor

Osborne County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Financial Counselor to join its patient accounts team. The Financial Counselor will provide a compassionate and positive patient finance experience by offering financial advice and assistance to patients with medical bills. A typical workday may include creating payment plans, assisting with charity care, loans and other financial applications, analyzing billing and payment data, and general support for all self-pay options. This role serves as an integral member of the revenue cycle team and will collaborate with multiple teams, including hospital and clinic registration, billing and coding, to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Applicants should have experience in healthcare finance including registration, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills. Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT Certified)

Osborne County Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced medical laboratory technician to join its team! Applicants should be MLT certified with experience in chemistry, microbiology, phlebotomy and blood bank. This role is full-time and reports to the lab director. Lab techs are responsible for patient care at the rural health clinic, outpatient services, acute and skilled swing bed services and emergency department. RN - Night Shift

OCMH's acute nursing team is expanding. Due to recent promotions, we are looking for three RNs to join our night shift team. Nurses at OCMH lead in-patient support by providing positive and professional care as directed by physicians. RNs must be licensed in the state of Kansas, CPR certified and current or willing to obtain ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP and STABLE certifications. Our team works three 12-hour shifts, every third weekend and holiday rotations. OCMH provides excellent compensation and benefits. Acute Nursing - CNA, LPN, RN

OCMH's acute nursing team is always looking to expand. Positions are available for CNAs, LPNs and RNs to help fill current needs.
